I spend a large amount of time searching the internet and frequenting forums (when I should be doing something else) and came across a plan for a portable chicken coop. Probably as late as it is in the year you are not thinking about building more coops but perhaps next year you have plans of expanding your flock.
According to the plan you can get this built for around $100 and it is supposed to be easy enough for even someone like me who has no carpentry skills whatsoever. As I was reading over the details I thought it sounded like something that might be better suited for my husband than me. Me and carpenter tools are just not friends. Now give me a computer and I can figure it out but a hammer and saw I don’t think so.
